Total Property Solutions was founded in 2001 by Terry Calladine. Terry started out as a bricklayer by trade quickly developing a reputation for quality workmanship. Specialising in Small Extension Projects, Roofwork, Joinery and Kitchens the business quickly developed and grew.

Family values
By 2009 due to the increased demand and larger scale projects Terry and his brother Ian joined forces giving them the ability to take on larger projects and still deliver the level of quality and service that the business had been built around. Truly a family business Total Property Solutions always strive to complete on schedule avoiding hidden costs and we will not leave the site until the job is complete.
